Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Totem Spirit Creations. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your handcrafted pieces to your doorstep.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date you place your order.

  • Handcrafted items: Since each piece is made to order with care, some items (especially custom jewelry or multi-item orders) may require up to 7 business days to process.

  • Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification when it ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on service availability and your location.

  • Service levels:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. International Shipping

  • Carriers: DHL Express, USPS International, or other regional partners.

  • Delivery estimates: 10–21 business days after processing, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

  • Rates & fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that your country may assess import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive tracking info within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

  • Totem Spirit Creations is not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.

7. Damages or Lost Packages

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email support@totemspiritcreations.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us and we’ll initiate a carrier investigation.
