1. Eligibility for Refunds

Time frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized or personalized jewelry

Handmade candles once the seal is broken

Clearance or sale items
3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our inspection.

Shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, simply follow the refund process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide photos of the damage or defect.

We’ll send a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
7. International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
