Every morning, without condition, Sun returns.
He does not ask whether the world deserves warmth before he gives it. He does not withhold his light from the broken places, the cold ones, the ones that have forgotten how to grow. He simply rises over the mountains still dark with night, over the ocean still dreaming, over every living thing that spent the long hours waiting without knowing it was waiting.
This is the teaching the elders have always carried: renewal is not earned. It is given. It comes again and again, faithful as breathing, patient as stone.
But Sun asks something in return. He asks you to notice. To stand in what he offers and receive it fully not rush through it toward the next shadow.
There is a moment each morning when the light first touches the land and everything, briefly, is enough.
When his light burns beside you, let that moment return.
